Didn’t say it was going to be easy

I was in a slump last week. And finally today, with a help of some tv show, I gained back my mojo and hit the gym.

Today’s cardio was 10 minutes at the rowing machine. Worked my butt and legs today with some squats, step ups, lunges and leg curls.

After my routine, I was able to catch the Yogilates class. I loved it. Similar to what I know and only a little more difficult.

I hope I keep this groove longer.
