The gown I need to fit my body into

Even before I got engaged, I have a design in mind for my gown. It was something never before seen and it’s very simple and flowy. It’s off the shoulder and have a unique neckline.

As I was searching for gowns that would be good for my figure (full figured, heavier on upper body), I discovered that a sweetheart neckline would suit me best and a more fitted one as opposed to the loose dresses I’ve been eyeing for a while.

This is the closest design I would want for my gown.

A-line, chapel train, sweetheart neckline. It would be sleeveless but I will have a lace bolero made for the ceremony. I want a simpler veil, no lace or embroidery.

November 20 is the  schedule for my second fitting. The last time we went to our couturier (Emil Ocampo), I got to try the lining for the dress and it fits fine, but there’s no “this is it!” feeling yet. Hopefully, I would be able to experience that feeling on our second fitting. I’m so excited!
