Thursday (Nov.10): Zumba Fitness Blast at Gold’s Gym Libis (30mins)
Attended this event with my friend Jam. It was a fun lively event but it was sooooo hot in there. After about 2 songs, I was dripping wet and tired. They are still renovating the place, so hopefully it would be better soon.
Friday(Nov.11): Weight Training (Upper body and core)
Wednesday (Nov.16): Boxing
Have been idle for a while and the last 2 days this week. I felt really weak at boxing today specially my right arm. I usually don’t ran out of breath, but today, I felt like I was gasping for air the whole time. Need to intensify more. Will be making up for lost time tomorrow by weight training. I have to get back on that groove!
