Craving for Junk Food

This is one of the hardest habits to break. There are people who doesn’t like junk food at all (like R). Unfortunately, I’m one of the millions of people who occasionally crave for chocolates, chips, cookies, cupcakes, marshmallows, etc. etc.

I’ve kind of succeeded holding back a little on the sweets and the chips since I started with Camp Vitalé. The few times I caved in for those little suckers, I can’t shake off the guilt.

BUT. I turn into a little cookie monster when it’s the time of the month and I hate it! Even if I eat properly the whole day, I would crave for some additional nibbles.

How does one contain this anyway? I always end up feeling terrible during this period.
